Mobile Rig

Firebeard’s Fabrication understands that not every project can be transported to a shop; the mobile rig brings the welding to you! Our mobile rig is capable of welding mild steel, aluminum, cast iron, chromoly, and stainless steel. It also provides standard cutting/finishing technologies such as plasma cutting, torch, and pipe coping services.

Shop

Firebeard’s Fabrication provides MIG, TIG, and Stick welding services, using mild steel, aluminum, cast iron, chromoly, and stainless steel. Our well-tooled shop can assist with any of the following:

CNC Plasma Cutting

There is something to be said for hand-cut talent, but precision clean-cut lines make your custom request that much more detailed! Our 4’ x 8’ Tracker CNC Table has the capability to cut up to 1” thick material. A CNC allows Firebeard’s to cut hundreds of plates, flanges, brackets, and gussets; tailored to your exact specifications. Images of designs/writing can also be uploaded and cut, to-scale. Anything is possible! Just a few of the applications of a CNC:

Custom Furniture

Our custom furniture began as a way to experiment with new skills and provide an outlet for creativity. Now, some of our favourite projects are the ones that allow us to incorporate metal fabrication with the stylish and rustic look of wood, especially live edge! We pride ourselves on producing furniture with the beautiful features of wood and the strength and longevity of metal. Each piece is custom designed to suit every individual’s unique taste.
